Seeming solemn lawyers are also ordinary people like us. When their client is imprisoned, they feel guilty and blame themselves. They anxiously stay up all night on the day before the court’s ruling, and go to the court with red eyes next day. However, even in their tense daily lives, there are some fun and touching moments.

Gang Eun-ho has just finished the Judicial Research and Training course and has the aspirations to become a righteous lawyer, and Lee Tae-jo is branded as a materialistic lawyer. They don’t seem to get along at all, but they become partners at a small law firm “LeeKim.” Inevitably paired up as partners, they argue about every single thing.

Gang Eun-ho falls into shock after learning that Lee Tae-jo is a son of Lee Jin-pyo, the president of a major law firm “Haeyun” by accident. Lee Jin-pyo was the lawyer who left her local people with indelible scars by using dirty means in the mass environmental pollution case.

She decided to become a lawyer through experiencing the trial. She resolved to be a lawyer who represents the underprivileged in numerous times. Now she is connected with Lee Tae-jo, the son of the president of dirty law firm “Haeyun”. However, Lee Tae-jo has his own reason why he came to “LeeKim”, leaving “Haeyun”.

Here the partners of commoners gather together and fight against the major law firm “Haeyun”. Even in cases seeming to have solid evidence, there is a surprising reversal when the trial starts. The trials are so realistic. This is a real drama which is good for a live broadcast.

本剧讲述的不是有关法律或者法庭的呆板故事。而是通过平凡女律师姜恩浩真挚、淳朴的视角向观众展示了法律界里不为人知的真实故事。




表面上看起来非常严谨的律师事实上也和常人没什么区别。委托人被拘留后，即使自己没有责任，也会时常感到愧疚。审判的前夜，常常因为担心而不能合眼，不得不带着充满疲惫的身体走进法庭。但是生活在持续紧张状态下的律师们也和常人一样生活中充满了喜怒哀乐。




姜恩浩，刚从司法进修班结束学业，决心要成为一名问心无愧的女律师。她和被人公认为凡俗律师的李太兆，在谁看来都是水火不容的两个极端人物，却在“必胜”律师事务所里成了搭档。




当姜恩浩听到李太兆是“海润”律师事务所代表李振表的儿子的消息后，感到非常震惊。海润律师事务所的李振表律师，通过为发生在姜恩浩故乡的环境污染案件翻案，而给无数乡亲们留下不可抹去的伤痛。




为了替乡亲们平反，姜恩浩立志成为一名律师。“不做害人的律师，而是要成为为老百姓主持公道的律师”。就这样默默为自己承诺的她还是和“海润”律师事务所的代名词李太兆搅在了一起。可是离开“海润”而投入“必胜”事务所的李太兆，却也有自己的苦衷。

田舍臭くて素朴だが依頼人のためなら全身の力をこめて頑張る、新入りの弁護士カン・ウンホ(キム・ヒョンジュ役)。

依頼人の事より自分の姿とヘアスタイルにもっと気を使う、古株の弁護士イ・テジョ(イ・ドンウク役)。




難しくて堅い法律や法廷の話ではない。誰もが共感することができる素人の情緒を持ったおばさんの弁護士が来た。その間、誰も分からなかった法曹界の事情を田舍臭いけど純粋で可愛らしいおばさんの弁護士を通じてのぞき見よう。




謹厳に見える弁護士でも実は我々と同じ人間である。依頼人は拘束されれば、誤りがなかったとしても自分のせいだと思ってしまい罪の意識に悩まされる。判決の前日には心配で眠れないまま夜を明かして、結局、充血した目で法廷に出る。しかし緊張感の連続である弁護士たちの生活の中にも我々の人生のように楽しさと感動はあるもの。




司法研修院を修了したばかりで正義のある弁護士になろうという抱負を持って上京したおばさんの弁護士カン・ウンホと俗物という言葉で代弁されている弁護士イ・テジョ、誰が見ても全く違う性格の二人は小さいロ－ファ－ムの‘イキム’でパ－トナ－になる。仕方ない事情で結ばれた二人は事毎にああのこうのぶつかるようになる。




カン・ウンホはイ・テジョが大型ロ－ファ－ムの‘ヘユン’の代表、イ・ジンピョ弁護士の息子である事を偶然に聞いて衝撃を受ける。‘ヘユン’のイ・ジンピョ弁護士はカン・ウンホの故郷で起こった大規模な環境汚染事件で卑劣な手段を使って数多い人々に大きな打撃を与えた人である。　




その裁判を通じてカン・ウンホは弁護士になることを決めたのだ。“人を窮地に追い込む弁護士ではなく、人を救う弁護士になろう!” 何度もそのように念を押したのにその汚い‘ヘユン’の影であるイ・テジョと巻き込まれるようになったのだ。しかし‘ヘユン’を去って‘イキム’に来たイ・テジョにもある特別な事情があったのである。

これからくだらないパ－トナ－たちが集まって巨大ロ－ファ－ムの‘ヘユン’に対して勝負を争う。 証拠が確実に見える事件も裁判が始まったら驚くべきな反転がひそんでいる。地獄と天国を巡る裁判の現場感。これこそ生中継を行ってもいいほどの生々しい物語である!
