Do-ran's biological father, Su-il. He lives under a fake identity. He grew up in an orphanage but is warm-hearted and kind. He was charged for the crime committed by a friend at the orphanage and struggled in life after getting out of juvenile detention. After many hardships, he got married and had a beautiful daughter. But while trying to gather the money for his wife's surgery, he committed a crime by accident and went to prison. He is released after 27 years, changes his name, hoping that no one will ever recognize him.
