Mumyeong Cast Cheon Jeongmyeong
Mumyeong changes his name and goes to Surawon to take revenge for his father who was the great noodles master, his mother and himself. While he was learning the secret method of making noodles from Old Man Gusan, he meets the daughter of Gildo and falls in love with her. Not knowing she is Gildo’s daughter, Mumyeong gets a job at Gildo’s restaurant and looks for ways to take revenge.

Chae Yeogyeong Cast Jung Yumi
Yeogyeong’s parents die from a ‘murder without reason’ and she grows up in an orphanage. However, after getting involved in a nasty incident, she makes up her mind to become a prosecutor in order to make the wrong things right. Later, she meets Mumyeong and feels love toward him just like she did when they were children. She gets into a distressful situation when helping Mumyeong due to Taeha, who is working for Gildo.

Kim Gildo Cast Jo Jaehyeon
Gildo leads a fugitive life after committing murder. But he faces the chance to steal the life of Mumyeong’s father, as a result, to be on a fast track at the field, pretending a noodles master. He is the antagonist of Mumyeong struggling for success.

Park Taeha Cast Lee Sangyeob
Taeha is an orphanage friend of Mumyeong and Yeogyeong. After finishing his jail term, which in fact Yeogyeong should have been sentenced to, Taeha works at Gildo’s restaurant and comes up against Mumyeong and Yeogyeong in many ways. He experiences agonizing conflict between his childhood friends and his boss.

Kim Dahae Cast Gong Seungyeon
Dahae is Gildo’s only daughter. From her childhood, she takes a fancy to a master chef of noodles against her father’s will. So she becomes a trainee of Old Man Gusan and begins to learn the secret skill with Mumyeong. After returning home, they fall in love with each other when they meet again at Surawon. Dahae believes in her love more than her father or the reality

KBS新作水木连续剧《Master-面条之神》(每周三、四放映)，改编自韩国漫画界的大师级人物朴寅权的同名作品《面条之神》。该剧以面条为轴心，讲述了近30年里跌宕起伏的人物传记，包括一波三折的复仇记、扭曲的欲望、致命的爱情、以及在这无尽沧桑中溢出的浓浓的人情味。

无名（千正明饰）
为了给曾经是面条巨匠的父亲、深爱的母亲、以及为自己复仇，他隐姓埋名，以“无名”的身份进入了修罗院。无名在面条巨匠“九山老人”门下修炼面条秘笈的过程中，认识了吉图的女儿，并与她萌生出爱的新芽。在完全不知晓心爱的女子正是吉图之女的情况下，无名进入了吉图的餐厅工作，并隐秘地开始了他复仇大计。

蔡余晶（郑柔美饰）
因无故杀人犯罪而痛失双亲后，被迫进入孤儿院的余晶，又一次卷入了丑恶的事件。为了纠正一切错误，余晶成为了一名检察官。在重遇无名之后，余晶回想起儿时对无名的悸动之情，心中又一次泛起了涟漪。她在帮助无名复仇的过程中，遇见了在吉图手下工作的太河，并因他而陷入了深深的矛盾。

金吉图（赵宰贤饰）
曾犯下杀人罪而沦为逃犯的吉图，在逃亡过程中“偷走”了无名父亲的人生，从此以面条巨匠的身份招摇撞骗，一路扶摇而上、飞黄腾达。他正是为成功而不惜卧薪尝胆的无名的复仇对象。

朴太河（李相烨饰）
无名和余晶的孤儿院朋友。代替余晶坐牢出狱后，来到吉图手下工作，并且与儿时好友——无名和余晶事事发生碰撞。他夹在深爱的女人余晶、心爱的好友无名、以及自己的师傅吉图三人之间，陷入了深深的纠结之中。

金多海（孔升妍饰）
吉图的独生女。从小就不顾父亲的反对，心怀对面条的宏伟抱负，进入拜九山老人门下，与无名一起学习制作面条。重回修罗院之后，与无名重逢，并与他双双坠入爱河。比起父亲和现实，更重视爱情的纯情少女。

｢マスター‐ククスの神｣は、韓国の有名な漫画家パク・イングォンの同名漫画、｢ククスの神｣を原作にした作品だ。麺（ククス）を巡り、約30年にわたって起きた話や波乱万丈な復讐、そして歪んだ欲望や致命的な恋を描くヒューマンドラマである。

ムミョン cast チョン・ジョンミョン
ムミョンは自ら名を捨て、麺のマスターである父親や愛する母親、そして自分の復讐のため｢スラウォン｣に入る。麺のマスターであるクサン爺さんから麺の作り方を学んでいた彼は、ギルドの娘に出会い、彼女に恋心を感じる。彼女がギルドの娘だとは気づかず、ムミョンはギルドの食堂に就職し、密かに復讐を始める。

チェ・ヨギョン cast チョン・ユミ
ヨギョンは通り魔事件で親を亡くし、養護施設で育つ。再び事件に巻き込まれてしまった彼女は、不正を正すため検事になる。ムミョンと再会し、幼い頃の切ない気持ちが蘇る。彼の復讐に手を貸すことで、ギルドの下で働くテハと対立してしまう。

キム･ギルド cast チョ・ジェヒョン
殺人を犯し逃亡していた彼は、ムミョンの父親の人生を盗み、麺のマスターに成りすまして勝ち続けていく。成功のために生きていく、ムミョンの復讐の対象。

パク・テハ cast イ・サンヨプ
ムミョンとヨギョンの友だちで、同じ養護施設で育った。ヨギョンの代わりに監獄に入り、その後ギルドの下で働きながら幼馴染のムミョンとヨギョンと対立する。ヨギョンへの恋やムミョンへの友情、そしてギルドへの忠誠の間で葛藤する。

キム・ダヘ cast コン・スンヨン
ギルドの一人娘。子供のときから、ギルドの反対にもかかわらず麺を作りたかった彼女は、クサン爺さんの弟子になり、ムミョンと一緒に麺の作り方を習う。再び帰ってきたスラウォンでムミョンに再会し、恋に落ちる。父親や現実よりも｢恋｣を信じる純粋な少女。
