  • “Becoming a Billionaire”, based on a theme saying not a good family but zealous effort let a person make a fortune, is a romantic comedy drama illustrating a success story of both an heiress of a business tycoon and a man who believes himself that he is a hidden son of a big business family.

    Initiating the TV audience into how to get into the top 1% class in Korea (so called the Royal Family), \'Becoming a Billionaire\' is picturing on how to make a fortune with different purposes and methods.
    Although living in a rooftop room and working at a hotel as a houseman now, Choi Seok-bong is convinced that he is a hidden son of a big business family. Seok-bong practices himself to be qualified as a billionaire’s heir in order to prepare himself when he meets his father someday. All these efforts are for the day he meets his birth father. One day, while just hoping to escape from his poverty by meeting his father, he is diagnosed with testicular tumor...
    Although Lee Sin-Mi is an heiress of Osung Group and a member of the royal family belonging to the top 1% class in Korea, she is a notorious penny-pincher who drinks only cheap coffee at 100 won from a vending machine not to mention Dutch treat. Even though she is cold-blooded as far as money is concerned, she has a tender heart as a woman.
    Born as an heir of Frontier Group, Choo Woon-seok, who will be in a love triangle with Lee Sin-mi and Seok-bong, is a typically well-born and well-bred person in the Royal Family. Also, he is a prominent figure who made Frontier Group having been out of the top 100 in the business ranking enter the top 30 within five years. He approaches to Sin-mi to be a son-in-law of the head of Osung Group which is ranked number one in financial circles.
    Boo Tae-hee is an heiress of Buho Group, the rival company of Osung Group. She has only two words that explain her clearly: Money Talks.     “富翁的诞生”向人们传授了如何致富，并成为仅占韩国1% 的千万富翁的秘诀，描述了根据不同目的和方式追求致富的过程。
    崔石峰居住在一间阁楼房屋里，并从事着酒店服务员，他坚信自己是大财阀的儿子，也相信有一天一定会见到自己的生父，为此他努力自学财团继承人所需的课程，并使自己习惯富翁的生活方式，以便在父子重逢时，不为父亲抹黑。然而满心希望能够见到父亲，并摆脱贫困的他，却得知自己患了睾丸癌的事实。
    李新美是五星集团的继承人，属于仅占韩国1%的富豪，但是却喜欢各付各账，咖啡也只喝自动贩卖机销售的百元咖啡，可谓是一个十足的“财阀铁公鸡”。她虽然在金钱面前冷漠无情，但其实却是一个温柔的女性。
    秋云石是一个富豪界的代表人物，作为Frontier 集团的继承人，在短短的5年里使排名百强之外的 Frontier 上升到第30位。他为了成为排名第一的五星集团的女婿，故意与新美接触，李新美、崔石峰之间形成一段三角恋情。

  • “セレブの誕生”は金持ちは血縁ではなく努力で勝ち取ることができるという主題を通して財閥家の相続女と自分を財閥家の隠された息子だと信じている男の成功ストーリーを描いたコミックメロである。
    大韓民国の上位1%のロイヤルファミリーになることができるという希望の秘法を伝授するという ‘セレブの誕生’はお互いにそれぞれの目的と方法で富を追いつく過程を描き出す。
    今、屋上の小さい部屋に住んでいてホテルのベルボーイとして働いているチェ・ソクボン(チ・ヒョンウ)。しかし彼は自分が財閥家の隠された息子だと信じている。ソクボンはいつか財閥の父に会う日を備えて財閥の後継者になれるように独学で勉強しながら財閥の習慣を身につけようとしている。財閥の父に会った時、恥ずかしい息子にならないためである。しかしいつかお父さんに会って貧しい生活から抜け出すことを夢見た彼は自分が精巣腫瘍にかかったという思いもよらなかった知らせをうけるようになる。。。
    オソングループの相続女のイ・シンミ(イ・ボヨン)。大韓民国の上位1%のロイヤルファミリーでありながら割り勘は当たり前、100ウォンの自動販売機のコーヒーしか飲まない‘財閥のドケチ’である。お金については血も涙もない彼女だが、彼女の中にも弱い心がある。
    イ・シンミをはさんでソクボンと三角関係を繰り広げるチュ・ウンソク(ナム・グンミン)。フロンティアの後継者に産まれた、ロイヤルファミリーの定番のような人物である。財界順位 100位圏の外にあったフロンティアグループを5年ぶりに30位圏に引き上げた実力を持っている男である。財界1位のオソングループの壻になるためにシンミに意図的に近づいていく。
    オソングループのライバル会社であるプホグループの相続女のプ・テヒ(イ・シヨン)。お金で何でも解決することができると信じている韓国のパリス・ヒルトンである。しかしそんな彼女にも出来ないことがあって、それは愛なのだ。チュ・ウンソクを取り戻すためにオソングループと全面戦争をするようになる。
